燕园老师曾经说过（大意，原话记不得了）：如果想对鸡蛋感兴趣， 最好抓到生蛋的鸡八卦一下。

在接下来的帖子里我想介绍一下Brown， Margaret Wise（简称BMW）的一本重要的书，按照燕老师的逻辑， 自然要八卦一下BMW的生平。她生于1910年，30年代时候和西班牙王子有过罗曼史。40年代初， 和好莱坞影星巴里莫尔的父亲的前妻，有过长达8年的不同寻常关系。1952年， BMW和洛克菲勒订婚。同年，死于一场怪病，终年42岁。 BMW遗嘱里， 把她大部分书的版税传给了邻居家的一个9岁男孩，包括“晚安，月亮”及“逃家小兔”。这孩子成年后，把这多达几百万美元的遗产挥霍一空，并子乌虚有地认为BMW是他的生母。

从深度上，那阵子的雪好比姚明，而前阵子的则好比阿凡达，而且是姚明转基因后的阿凡达。

92楼这100本书是网友评的，每个人列10本个人觉得最好的图画书，然后汇总，按积分高低排序。好书实在太多，像大家熟悉的“the giving tree”才排区区的93位，而我自己非常喜欢的“green eggs and ham”甚至都没有入选。92楼中有v标记的表示我儿子已经被读过。

图画书要读多久大概因人而异，我儿子可能还要读个两三年，我也沾光，跟着一起读。以我的喜好，最好的14本书如下：
