AIM Employment is a Disability Employment Services provider set up by the Autism Association of WA to assist people with Autism Spectrum Disorders to find and maintain employment in the community.
AIM Employment is a recognised Disability Employment Services (DES) provider which is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations and provides a free service to assist employers to benefit from the many attributes an employee with Autism has to offer.
The types of employment placements we source are:
Individually supported employment
Individual work placements with initial intensive support provided by AIM Employment staff followed up by regular visits to the workplace to ensure a successful outcome for both the job seeker and the employer
Group supported employment
Fully supported group employment with an AIM Employment support staff permanently on site to assist both the job seeker with Autism and the employer where appropriate

What do we provide to assist you?
•We provide on the job training
•AIM support staff remain on the job until the jobseeker and the employer are confident that the work is being completed satisfactorily
•We provide further training as and when required
•In some cases, our jobseekers may undertake a free work trial prior to commencing paid employment
•Access to the Commonwealth Government employer incentives scheme including supported wage, wage subsidies, and workplace modifications
•Assistance with appropriate award coverage and industrial relations issues
•Insurance cover is provided for all jobseekers who are on a work trial
•Information and education on Autism for co workers
