柠檬吗，看到你这么痛苦，想给你提供多一点资料参考。还有，你觉得女儿落后，还有一个可能--先天性发育迟缓。很多年前，我儿子在南京脑科医院训练时，有一个3岁的女孩来诊断。
那个女孩也是发育落后很多，但是又不太像自闭症，而且听到音乐就起舞，最后医生诊断为先天性发育迟缓。医生告诉女孩的妈妈，这个孩子以后就靠你自己了。主要是教育训练的意思。我的看法不一定对，也不太了解你女儿，要靠你自己。一岁半之后，很多医生和专家可以诊断了。祝愿孩子好，不是自闭症。

If your baby shows any of these signs, please ask your pediatrician or family practitioner for an immediate evaluation:
•No big smiles or other warm, joyful expressions by six months or thereafter
•No back-and-forth sharing of sounds, smiles, or other facial expressions by nine months or thereafter
•No babbling by 12 months
•No back-and-forth gestures, such as pointing, showing, reaching, or waving by 12 months
•No words by 16 months
•No two-word meaningful phrases (without imitating or repeating) by 24 months
•Any loss of speech or babbling or social skills at any age
