英文好的家长来帮个忙

知道很多高知家长在坛子里,海外的家长也有一些,有个事情请大家帮忙
我所在项目的甲方领导是个法国人,因为他一是刚上任,二是他本身是个话不多的人,估计不好说话,我吃不准他理解不理解自闭这个情况的严重性.
我现在想申请在家办公,或者部分在家办公,例如一个月有2周在家,2周到公司.
想写封信给他,解释一下我现在的情况,例如孩子需要我平时多陪一下,老婆孩子到以琳培训需要我的帮助,工作呢,肯定没问题,我做过的项目都是又好有快,同事评价也很好.总之就是一定能干好,希望能有段时间在家工作.
大家有能帮我写个大概的内容吗?我担心我的中国式英语会给他造成阅读上的困难.

1)first , tell your boss how good you are on work, excellent performance, independent worker, years of experience, records of awards, so so, this is very important to list, because your boss will only approve you based on your performance not pity.

2) You will ask some time you can telecommunicate from home, maybe just half of your work you can work remotely, of course if anything requires you to be in office, you will come anyway.

the reason for that is that your son, which is 3 years old, is an Austistic child, under special trainning sessions, which already requires your wife to be a full time mother and teaching assistant. And since the child needs lots of caring and assistance, he needs consistent supervision from care givers, my wife is always exhausted from caring and i wish I can share some burden from her. If I can work remotely from home, at least i can help them in the morning and in the evening as well.

3) ensure your boss that your work will not be impacted, you are always a good performaner, you can work  independently, and this is only a temporarily arrangment. and of course if you can come to office whenever it is needed.

Dear Mr. ***

I'm hesitant to bother you so soon after you took office. Today I send this mail to present you the special situation of my family and discuss the alternative of my work pattern.

(这里简单插一下你的自我介绍，比如是什么项目组的成员，负责什么工作。一两句简单的话说清楚就行）

My 3-year old son, a lovely boy, was diagnosed as autistic, which was almost an unbearable shock to my family. Doctors told me that he needs consistent supervision from care givers, and intervention in early age will be critical for his future. Now my son is under special training sessions and my wife has to be a full time mother and teaching assistant. She is always exhausted from caring and I wish I can share some burden from her.

So I'm considering the possibility for altering my work pattern, say, half of my work can be done at home and the other part at company. I thought this over these days and I think it maybe feasible.

My previous performance and the remarks from my fellow colleagues will show that I has been working excellently. (下面可以插一点 years of experience, records of awards, etc.） ...  Meanwhile, most of my work can be finished independently and remotely, and if needed I will be at company anyway. I'll do my best to assure you a win-win situation and reach every milestone of my work without any delay.

收到张老师和燕园的建议很是欣慰,这个问题我也考虑过,不过我是那种被派到甲方做项目的人,本身人事方面不是这个公司的.我这么问也就是聊尽人事罢了,我估计他们也不会同意.但这就是我们HR和他们协商的事了,想要让我在这里干,这就是我的条件.
其实也不光是要到以琳的事情,我们在上海这边没朋友,没亲人,孩子也没玩伴,早就想回到老家那边,老婆的兄弟姐妹都在那,也有年龄差不多大的小朋友.所以换工作,找个能在家多陪着孩子的位子是不可避免的. 毕竟要是能拿上海的工资在山东生活,还是能负担的起的

刚刚和甲方的经理谈了下,他认为我的performance很好,他会考虑帮我来处理这个问题,don't care that french :)
离开会议室他说吓他一跳,他以为我要走呢. 希望后面会有好的办法想出来.
