Your son is very lucky. He can be recovered very fast.  My son started biomedical treatment in June 2008. Eye contact is improved. He likes to play with us. However, he called his name, he is no response. He only can say Daddy and his maid's name Yati, bye or "奶奶"...very limited.  He trys to talk but we don't understand...... sometimes he shouted. He did Oat Test last month in HK.  The result is no bacterial but have a little yeast problem.  So that my dan doctor asked him to do 免疫功能(包括病毒)检测.  Still awaiting the result.  He is taking Diflucan now. But I don't see any rush. Is it not workable for him?

I am very new.  Is viral test is same as 全套免疫功能(包括病毒)检测?  Please advise.

My son did not have the viral test. He did the immune system test. I think that's different test. I am not sure now whether there's combo test (including immune system & the viral test together)?

Since I read your message that you gave him Diflucan + Valtrex to treat the viral. However, my doctor didn't give Valtrex to my son, he only gave Difulcan only.  After taking 2 weeks, no rash....but has a little bit regression i.e. eye contact is not good, very sleepy.  Is it die off?
