宋宇打电话,谈到以琳的10几个孩子的肽值检测都高,我查到一篇文章,也许对于理解这个问题有帮助。

大意是:

原因:

1)没有去掉大豆;

2)大豆也去了,麦、奶也去了,可能是现在吃了 没有确定的另外物质;

3)可能是酵母菌抑制了酶的产生(?作用),导致不能很好分解肽。

I just had a great talk with our Research Director at Great Plains Lab. He

works closely with the Peptide test and is very knowledgable on the whole

issues of peptides.



Someone had posted about a week ago on why their child could have a high

peptide result if they have been on gfcf diet for a long time. His answer

was interesting....Obviously the first potential answer is to remove soy,

which we have seen this in some of experiments, that it produces peptides.



As you know casein, and gluten all have a type of protein structure that

does not get sufficiently broken down to the amino acid level (unless there

is sufficient amounts of activated DPPIV enzyme) and therefore, produces the

peptides. So, why would someone still have high peptides if they have

eliminated gluten, casein, and soy from their diet? For one thing, It is

still not known what ALL the possible sources of dietary peptides and it is

possible that other sources besides soy may be a culprit.



Lori WHAT WE DO KNOW, is that Yeast de-activates this DPPIV enzyme. Our Research

Director says that he rarely sees a high value for yeast on the OAT, where

there have not been elevated values on the Peptide Test. Who knows, its even

possible that the byproducts of yeast could be creating peptide producing

proteins.



The BOTTOM LINE is that Yeast is a huge issue in this. The lower the yeast,

the more likely our children's bodies can handle whatever peptide load it is

given Maybe this is why some people can tolerate soy better than others.

Who knows, maybe someday if we finally get the metals out and these kids'

guts under control, they will be able to eventually go off the diet. But

until then, I can definitely see the usefulness of a good enzyme product (I

like Houston's myself) with DPPIV to help counteract the damage that is

being done by the yeast.

以琳第一批送出10个孩子的尿样进行化验,除了一个孩子对牛奶不过敏以外,其他的孩子对麦类和奶类都存在不同程度的过敏,也就是这两类食品会引起肽高。

其实从查完的情况看,已经禁食的孩子相对来说比值低一些,没有禁食或者说不彻底的孩子比值高一些或者高很多。现在以琳有些孩子为了测试,给孩子开禁,有些家长几天后就发现孩子出现严重的反常行为,表现为特别兴奋,个别还出现自虐倾向。所以个别反应明显的家长就放弃测试,严格执行禁食。

从第一批测试的情况看,能反应出一些情况,有个别有机酸测试特别异常的孩子确实表现也异常,行为问题尤其是攻击问题特别严重。

    你好。

    “除了一个孩子对牛奶不过敏以外,”这个孩子的情况,能简单说一下吗,TT的测试就是对牛奶的肽值正常,我想把这个孩子情况同TT做个比对。

方老师,孙老师,

我读到了CHildren with Starving Brain 这本书关于尿肽测试的评价,认为尿肽测试是调查性的(investigational ),它的结果有时候不准确,比如有的孩子有严重的便秘,但是测试结果正常。自闭症孩子的胃肠有问题导致不能吸收麦和奶,反而使酞进入大脑,干扰脑功能的运转。



很多家长还期待着做完尿肽测试后再决定禁食。实际上是耽误孩子的宝贵康复时间。

    那个孩子和TT应该没有什么可比性的东西,我个人认为化验的结果也不是我们可以做什么比较的。

我以前登录以琳,都没注意到选择显示的时间范围,所以到今天才看到以前的贴子!!

我想知道,我现在跟你们报名参加测试(有机酸+尿肽食物过敏测试)还来得及吗?上次电话里匆匆忙忙地说了几句,只知道你们行动很快,两周内就要寄出样本了,我很想知道怎样才能加入你们的队伍?

最好你确定什么时候有空,我去找你一趟具体了解一下操作过程,好吗?
