我熟悉Aqual Flora，并使用它治疗我的许多病人。这是一个顺势疗法抗念珠菌药物，它的好处在于不仅治疗念珠菌有效，而且口味就像水一样，儿童吃起来没有任何问题。值得注意的是：如果是严重的感染并且深入到肠道粘膜，最好还是先服用系统性的抗真菌药物，如Diflucan（大扶康），首先杀死深深植根的念珠菌 。这需要三周的过程，在最后一个星期，我开始加入Aqual Flora并且长期使用以保持肠道健康。Aqual Flora对严重的念珠菌感染攻击力不足，但它在孩子经过系统治疗后维持肠道健康方面确有奇效（如果父母能够拒绝让孩子吃糖的话） 。我的很多患者都是做完系统治疗后，再用Aqual Flora来维持治疗，并且加上几滴葡萄柚籽提取物（服用二星期，停止一周） 。

I am certainly familiar with Aqua Flora, and use it for many of my patients. . It is a homeopathic anti-candida preparation, and what is lovely is that it is not only effective but tastes like water and children have no problem taking it. One caveat: If the infestation is severe and deeply colonized into the mucous membranes, the child will probably have to have a systemic anti-fungal like Diflucan to first rout out the deeply embedded yeastie-beasties. This is a 3 week course, and on the last week I start the Aqua-Flora and keep it going indefinitely for maintenance after the heavy-duty treatment. I have not seen it effective for getting rid of very bad infestations, but it is marvelous for keeping kids yeast free afterwards (IF the parents can resist letting their kids have sugar). Many of my patients were doing so wonderfully after being treated with the systemic, followed by Aqua Flora and a couple of drops of grapefruit seed extract (two weeks on, one week off).
